I suspect everyone owed money will wake up one day and the ePassporte web site will be gone. I doubt anyone will get paid and I believe that the ianian fellow who posted that he did get paid was a plant to throw people into further confusion.
We were fortunate in that we were able to recover the monies we uploaded to pay out affiliates by mid September. I know many were not so fortunate.
When we discuss using other money transfer agents I bring up the exposure we might have as we did with ePassporte. If there is a next time, next case, we may not be so lucky.
It's difficult when you have many affiliates to pay and need some alternative to the free wire transfers that we offer.
It seems weird that they are "so busy handling the volume" but not one person seems to have been paid. They didn't have any trouble handling the volume each month before they shut down. I know they don't have as many staff, but it has been over four months now.
Does anyone here recall the default location of our money? Wallet or Visa?
The ePass page reports a $0 wallet balance, but I don't know if that is right or not. ePass ignored my emails. SKQBGMWZwhatever bank also ignored my email to see if there was anything on the Visa.
I know I've got mid $xxx in at least one of those.
My money was in a virtual visa. Can't use it because no one will tell me what my verification number was, and I obviously can't see it in my account anymore.

You have to call them. I've got CVV number this way
No one will get paid and no one will do anything about it. This is so common in our industry. If this happened in any other industry there would be class action lawsuits and it would be all over the news. Only in this industry people can walk away with stealing millions from affiliates and programs without anyone doing anything about it...
