I'm looking for the company that will decline the least......

Retain the most (less rebill declines)...... AND is always up....

I'm leaning towards ccbill right now... BUT i am not sure if they offer either ach direct deposts OR wire transfers instead of checks.....

BAsically either ccbill, epoch, or acpay.....

But doesn't acpay require a merchant accoun?

PSW is easy to set up, have a minimum of paperwork to get started and pay on time.

But Jettis has been around longer, is offering a 9.9% January Special and when I talked to Kjell at the show, he promised that they're no longer scrubbing as hard as they did when they first opened. He said, "seeing is believing, try us and we'll prove it to you.". I am in the process of switching over, I have been told by a lot of well-established wembasters that they're very happy with Jettis, so I have high hopes for them. CCbill, Epoch and Ibill are no longer good options.

Epoch sucks at paying partners, they send me about 1 check in 6 that they owe me, so I don't trust them for my processing. I had significant problems about 3 years ago with CCbill, I've heard they're better but I don't want to take the chance and of course, Ibill's shit.

So I'd have to go with Jettis with PSW as secondary. Hard to beat that 9.9% offer, it's 3% less than I was paying with Ibill.

I personally recommend PSW billing.. we've had nothing but the best from them so far... support is excellent, payments have been accurate and on time and accurate for the 4 or so months we've been with them. Definately refreshing after dealing with ibill for as long as we did.

No, AC Pay does not require a merchant account. Just wanted to jump in and make sure there wasn't any confusion. There's some stiff competition in this thread with a lot of good companies, I'm sure you'll find someone that does well for you. They do wire transfers like clockwork, they also will refund your 750.00 Visa charges that were just recently implemented.
