Private Files $7.95 Million Suit Against JizzBo.com

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa ? Private Media Group has filed suit against another tube site operator.

Igor Gens, who operates JizzBo.com, has been clobbered with Private's copyright and trademark claims totaling $7.95 million.

Details of the suit have not been revealed by Private; many court papers relative to the case filed at U.S. District Court in Iowa have been marked as "restricted."

Chad Belville, Private's attorney, also could not reveal any other information to XBIZ, saying that "at this time we have no comment."

Jizzbo.com, a tube site, has an Alexa traffic rank of No. 26,958

In the past year, Private has sued the operators of YouJizz.com, SkimTube.com, EskimoTube.com and Tjoob.com, as well as XonDemand, EmpFlix.com and TnAFlix.com. All of the suits currently are pending.

This will not go to court. It will fall the same way every tube suit has to date.

It will go on in the trades back and forth for 6-24 months and then be thrown out, dismissed, or settled and the two parties will come to some sort of terms or agreement.

Few adult companies have the money to go the distance.

End of September 2010 they had 400k in cash. That's it. Their cashflow itself was -400k YTD and that's WITH additional 600k of DEBT they took on. Why exactly do you think Private has the money to go the distance? Their stock is dwindling, they keep fucking up SEC rules, they are in a MAJOR shareholder battle and instead of focusing to fix their own company they sue people and spend even more money?!

It's just a cash grab, with no intention whatsoever of even denting piracy.

Everyone, Markham and Robbie aside, knows you will never stop piracy. However, companies are losing money. So they sue, and it never goes to court because they settle.

For years I have sat on anti-piracy panels, written articles, enforced rights to my library and assisted others in doing the same. Numerous people have contacted me and said HELP I am getting clobbered. The boards are filled with threads that scream do something. When people post ideas or wait for it...actually do something, the GFY community tells them to stuff it.

Example, in the last year I have watched some of you attack Paul Markham, a man who has not only earned respect but helped shape and pave the way for the rest of us to do what it is we do today. He did this no less at a time when the government was coming at the industry head on. On his own, Paul has also taken on some big fights; if I recall correctly he took on Acacia very early on and was the first one to beat them back. He defended against what he thought was wrong and we all benefited. Others formed a coalition and did the same.

What is a company doing? Simple, they are enforcing their rights.

You might not like the tactics or their choice of defendants but it is their library they are enforcing. A lot of you wanted someone to hit the issue head on...here you go. If someone came into your house and took everything you have and started selling it what would you do? Answer: Go after them and take back what it rightfully yours to take.

Will this stop all piracy? No. Music and movies are still being stolen despite the RIAA and MPAA's best efforts. Have they stopped it from happening in certain locations? Yes. INSERT LIGHT BULB HERE

What does DEBT have to do with CASHFLOW? Private is actually DEPLETING their cash and is taking on new debt all the time, while paying interest on old debt.
