Amber Alert

President Bush recently signed the "Amber Alert" bill. Although the bill mostly addressed issues of child abduction, there is a section as follows:

(a) Whoever knowingly uses a misleading domain name with the intent to deceive a person into viewing obscenity on the Internet shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
(b) Whoever knowingly uses a misleading domain name with the intent to deceive a minor into viewing material that is harmful to minors on the Internet shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 4 years, or both.
(c) For the purposes of this section, a domain name that includes a word or words to indicate the sexual content of the site, such as `sex' or `porn', is not misleading.

As far as I can understand this, as long as you have a clear warning page with no obscenity on it (this would negate the intent to deceive) you can use any name you like subject to the usual copyright, trademark restrictions etc... but as I do have a couple of adult site domains without sex or porn in the name I'm a little worried about this...
