It's normal : they have to protect themselves from fraud.

AWE still has not paid me a messily $291.00 USD... Been trying to get paid for TWO MONTHS now and they've been giving me the run around.

Nobody trusts AWEmpire.com, LiveJasmin, CameraBoys or any of their "Authorized Reps" anymore.
From what I've seen and experienced myself, there is a lack of credibility and integrity at AWEmpire.com and their programs. I don't know if it's an international money laundering front or what but it doesn't seem very legitimate.
One of the reasons is NOBODY knows where they're corporate office is, as they won't say, and why are all their staff is all around the world based in countries where it's widely known cybercrime / mafia like activities are taking place.
WHY do they feel the need for an ultra-secure HIGHLY encrypted VPN network hosted out of some shady ISP in Budapest, Hungery?
Why do they knowingly advertise on piracy sites that are hurting legitimate web masters and stiling new-content production efforts?
