    Bondage Legality

    Are there any states in the US where bondage images are considered obscene and agasint the law?

    I really need to know if I should keep bondage off any of my servers.

      C'mon I really don't know shit about obscenity laws and its hard to search for legal info on bondage because all I get is porn sites.

          depends on the type of bondage:

          The no-no's

          ball gags

          Tied up during sexual intercourse
          Bondage and any type of penatration

          using sex toys and with the person tied up

          If the model looks like she is in pain or been held against her will.

              I believe bondage and penetration are regarded as patently obscene. Otherwise, you're in the same boat you always are with obscenity: You're not legal OR illegal until a judge or jury decides you are. This is why, if I were you, I'd stay with things that are pretty "vanilla." You can't stop your images from showing up in Chicken Neck, Arkansas.

                  Yea... I was hosting somone who broke ALL of those.... needless to say I just del. a shitload of files.
