I love it. The first step in transcendence is to develop the ability to laugh at ourselves and our situations. The SELF is the greatest barrier to enlightenment--regardless of whether you're a buddhist, a christian, a jew, muslim, atheist, or whatever.

This teacher uses laughter to break the barrier around the self. Quite effective. There are other ways but what is important is getting to that first lesson--it's NOT about me.
