I've tickets pending for like 50 days and 20 days. I didn't recieve the prepaid debit card and I'm unable to get hold of anyone at cashx. I'm already verified with my docs and when I signed up about two months ago, received responses from "Terry" very quickly. Now nothing?
I added bank account yesterday and It is pending approval. Submitted ticket yesterday and no response.
Added Terry to Skype and ICQ, not online. What else I can do? It is looking like a real nightmare to get hold of cashx.
