    Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

        The cutting spending isnt welfare its a very small piece of the pie, so are ear marks or pork whatever its called at the moment, its military, social security, medicare and huge subsidies for big business.                                     Rich pay more because they can afford to pay more you fucking dog, you wanna fuckin take 40% from someone earning 12k a year? They're going to starve, but if you pay 4 million out of 10 to tax you aren't starving besides it's not like the rich would ever pay the full 40% anyway, they have a thousand ways to reduce tax especially if they own a business.
