domain registrar that doesn't list domains on invoices?

Hi,

I'd prefer not to have a list of all kinds of nasty domain names on the invoices which go to the accountant, and tax offices.

Do you know a registrar that doesn't put the domain names on the invoice?

How about Webair? A long shot, but since I might buy hosting at them anyway.. maybe someone has domains with them.

Amerinoc.com will let you do that.
You fund your acocunt with a certain amount of money, get a receipt for that and then spend the money inside their customer area on domains, hosting and what not. And you will not get a receipt with nasty names on it.

Namecheap.com sends you 2 invoices. One listing your subtotal and reference number only and another with details.

Hm.. do you mean the "Transaction Details", that doesn't have the domains listed?
I'm not sure if that would be great as an invoice, it doesn't show the company name even.. but might work printed out off the website.

In PDF/email it only sends me the detailed one with the domains.

I just checked, godaddy prints domains on the invoice. (Plus I really hate their website's interface, it's a jungle.)

some places will let you preload funds into the account like moniker, dynadot and answerable.

I'd be surprised if most registrars wouldn't generate a custom invoice for you upon request which would not itemize by domain and instead simply list "Domains".

You can just create the invoice yourself... as long as the numbers add up, that's all that really matters... or just request a "clean" invoice once per year from the registrar...

Yes, that is what I was referring too. If you print the email out with headers it says Namecheap. That's good enough.

You might also consider logging into your account and going to http://www.namecheap.com/myaccount/r...Raw&pagelen=47

That should be good enough for your CPA.

NameCheap also allows you to fund your account with a certain amount and then use it as you go.

Just keep all the invoices yourself privately and tell your accountant/bookkeeper you spent x amount on domains this month/year to enter into the system, as long as you keep the invoices stored online or somewhere else incase you get audited you should be fine. Atleast that's the way it works in our country.
