so they are sending out wires. took about 6 US business days since the last documents they requested.

I sent my docs on 15th Oct, just got my card unblocked and it works [only virtual, as the physical card expired -> maybe its 'prolonged' to expire in december too but i dunno the changed PIN and havne't called them for this..] so just wait patiently and they will give you access to your funds, no doubt. i havent heard that someone's docs were not accepted whatsoever...

I also got the confirmation that they are sending my chosen payment option , it took exactly 5 business days as per timeline on the form.
Looks like they are really doing as said just taking a while .

I had to email them to see why the delay, saying I had to wait too much, and they answered this today:

" Dear Sir

I must apologize as I have been unable to locate documents. We kindly
asked that you resubmit your documents and every effort will be made to
ensure that your documents are processed speedily.
