Where to register a company for adult??

first off all sorry for my bad english

talked to a payment service and they said that they dont work with private persons. Just with registered companies because off taxes and so on. I absolutely understand that.

I have to register a company for my projects anyway. So my question is where?
Countries like Gibraltar or Cyprus??? Maybe Netherlands?

use any country with fixed tax pay, so you will not need help with taxes in future

ring your local tax office / business advice bureau they will help you, unless you wanna do soemthing shady.
