Several members of my amateur community had their pictures stolen and posted on amakings websites FHGs.
There is no doubt that this cannot be user-uploaded content on their FHGs and they can't hide behind DMCA.

See the big-boobed girl self-shooting girl in the picture above?
They certainly don't have her 2257 info.
They don't have 2257 records for ANY of the pics you see in that screenshot.

Amakings will go down in flames one day. Only shady scumbags promote them.

I know there are lots of sites that say user loaded content & I knew this was obviously made it seem more amateur or homemade, maybe a little hornier for the viewer. I thought it would have been bought legit though

Amakings, this is serously bad to hear I work hard to provide content for my sites... why steal? It makes me wonder what other content you have in your members area!

Those pics are from private Photobucket accounts. Meaning those girls didn't release their nude pics themselves, someone got their Photobucket username then brute forced it for private pics.

All that content comes from boards like this, http://anonib.com/buckets go and have a look then tell me if these pics should be all over porn sites that are supposed to be legitimate businesses. As someone said 4chan is one thing but these guys are supposed to be a legit business, and anyone who promotes that content is probably open to getting fucked by the law. Especially if the girls turn out to be underage.

Well, they're just playing the system. As unethical as it may seem, stealing content is very legal, so long as your paysite has some kind of "user uploaded content" disclaimer. At that point, it is the responsibility of the content owner to get their pictures or videos removed. This hole in copyright laws that allows sites to steal content is what I attribute to the rise and proliferation of tube sites as well as the massive wave of girlfriend sites that have recently hit the internet.
