Model Mayhem has been productive for me. OneModelPlace.com has also been good, but I think they charge now.

OMP let me back on with a free photog account after three years inactive. They still want money, but I'm able to connect to a few people per day.
ModelBrigade is also out there as well as dozens of little others... but my fav is mayhem.
