Yeah a song here or there is ok but she's not THAT good. Gets rather annoying actually.

I mean, she's cute and all, but really?

Meh...given the difference in how people get their music (digitally song-per-song), this is nowhere near the olden days when it was radio play that had the most pull. She has all those spots because people wanted to listen to her album and her fans are apparently the ones too stupid to find it for free or use Youtube.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

Little girls live vicariously through her. That is the secret to her popularity. She's cute, kind of wholesome so she has mass appeal to sponsors, disney, prepubescent teens. She crosses from country music to pop to elevator (or dentistry) musac.

It didnt hurt she got dumped by a jonas and got a rub that way, then a twilight werewolf. Just right there any girl under 16 years old is envious of her. Then an angry crazy black man (kanye) gave her the abused white girl rub (black on blonde drama). Fucking marketing genius at work. I think she sold her soul to devil like the ghost rider.

Her songs are decent, clean, and cross-over well. She's young and a 'nothing to someone' story. The media loves her like a fat kid loves cake.

The answer is always marketing.
