I need somebody to help me.
My domain registrant DOMAIN.COM (other names registerapi.com and
dotster.com) is trying to steal my domains.
The message I got is:
"Your account has been locked and your domains have been suspended due to
confirmed reports of hosting child pornography on the following domain(s):
* DREAM-TEENS.NET * GIRLSTUBE.ORG * LITTLENUDISTWORLD.COM *
PINK-SLUTS.NET * TINY-SKIRTS.NET * XXX-SEXY-AMATEURS.COM *
YOUNG-BODIES.NET * YOUNGVIRGINZ.NET As per our previous communication,
those domains have been confiscated."
The same time my domains are clean from child pornography and all content
is taken from the big affiliate programs like MET-ART, NUBILIES and the
biggest tubes like XHAMSTER.
The situation started on Monday, when I received the letter from them:
"Your account has been locked and your domains have been suspended due to
confirmed reports of hosting child pornography on the following domain(s):
* DREAM-TEENS.NET * GIRLSTUBE.ORG"
I double checked all content and removed the images with could be
interpreted bad (but content was even 23+ when viewing galleries - small
ass of 25 yo girl shot from behind is not child porn), also I asked them
for exact samples of what they call "confirmed reports of hosting child
pornography".
The response was: "We are not able to provide you with the file names in
question. Please consult withyour hosting/content provider for more
information. The domains in question were dream-teens.net and
girlstube.com. We have unlocked your account and will be monitoring the
content of the websites. If there are any images that appear to be, or
purport to be child pornography, regardless of theactual age of the
models, we will be compelled to disable your account andconfiscate the
domains. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you
with."
Actually, I thought it was theirs mistake, but today I saw that's
provocation and fraud from them.
I have contacted my hosting provider and ICCAN. Hosting provider said he would try to see what they can do to help me.
!!! IF YOU HAVE DOMAINS AT DOMAIN.COM - RUN FROM THEM AS FAST AS POSSIBLE !!!
