                              So you actually need paxum, aren't willing to pay the exchanger for the risk he's taking and expect the exchanger to take a loss on the whole transaction because of the paypal fees? LOL.

                                          What risk cartman? I AM THE ONE SENDING THE PAYPAL + covering the fees. YES if you send as mass pay, its flat $1. You'd know this, but you probably been living under the ACH rock

                                              1. You didn't mention you were sending masspayment in your post.
                                              2. Masspayments can still be reversed, so the other party is taking the risk, not you. Anyone who's been doing exchanges for a little while, knows this.
