Payoneer sucks big time. I wanted to open an account with them. I filled in all details, send them a copy of my passport, send them all officilal company documents.
I did everything what they asked me to do. Than I got this e-mail back;

Dear Dennis,

Just heard back from the bank.
Unfortunately they were not able to approve the partnership.
I hope you are able to find a payment solution that works for you.

Not giving any explenation at all.
Paxum is a much better story so far!

I had that too. Then I have opened AlertPay account that allows accepting credit cards even and joined my Payoneer card to it. Works fine.

so if i ever receive my Payoneer card (which has still not happened), I will not be able to use it cause i got it from a sponsor who wanted to help me out but since i have no traffic i will never receive money from them. wonderful...

not true at all. i got my card from awe, no payment from them, received payments from others no problem.
