    Was pretty quick and easy. It is nice to actually get replies to your emails on this subject.

    Yes there is a fee. At this point I have no problem spending a fee to get my money back.

    I will keep this thread updated.

      I've gotten most of my money out and what is remaining wouldn't be worth chasing, but did you ask if there is any type of group action that can take place? May be cheaper if everybody retains them as a group?

                                              Wait a second, they are on the island of Curaçao but wallet funds most likely were not stored there. Curious if they think they'll be successful going across borders to actually get money ... a judgment against a defunct company doesn't matter, collection of that judgment is what matters.

                                              Anyway, they must be thinking otherwise, or don't know the details or possibly know more than us. The no fee thing makes me think they're confident.

They have made contact with epassporte's lawyers, just figuring out the details. They said in the past money was paid out in abut 10-14 days. it has been 15 business day now. Hope something can be done this week.
