This is true, thank you. The blocked countries list is easily changed in the sponsor settings and we are always happy to contact a sponsor on behalf of an affiliate trying to register.

I think the default is set to block countries like Poland, but I believe I was able to have SpookyCash set to accept folks otherwise blocked.

I really dont understood why ccbill dont offer own debit card for payment-i mean it's piece of cake to issue debit cards for payments.

Also,about Polland,they are probably by default on disabled country list on ccbill,same as Croatia and other countries,but that problem can be simply resolved by telling owner of program to add your country to signup list.

And also,Polland was one of two countries in Europe which was in plus this year while all other was in minus,plus they were only one who rejected stupid swine flu vaccine.

It depends on the circumstances but in most cases there is a $20 stop payment fee charged to re-issue a cheque.

Circumstances is cheque lost somewhere while being posted internationally. Most sponsors cut new cheque free of charge, but some take a fee. Why are the differences here? Different banks and different policies?
