we got our money 10 days after the first announcment regarding the virutal issue. We had funds in the wallet and recived them in 4 business days once requested.

Anyway, good news. So Mallick may still pay everyone out after all. If he does, good on him! I still think it sucks that Epass went down, it was a great vehicle for e-commerce and I still think Mallick is a douche for not being more forthcoming about what's going on and not providing more timely info to distraught account holders. If he was more forthcoming he wouldn't get 1/10th the crap that account holders gave him.

Personally I think a few of you who are owed reasonable sums of money should pool for a private investigator to find Mallick, because putting pressure on him is probably the only way this will be resolved.
