The Theappletwins.com affiliate program banned my CCBill account because I used all 12 (!!!) hosted galleries on my site. In the TOS they allow no more than 8 galleries.

They told CCBill, they try to contact with us twice, but we never got any alerts from them

Stay away and don't work with these idiots.

Some idiot terminated my CCbill sub-account once because the domain I happened to use in signing up happened to expire for 20 hours (yeah I was also an idiot for letting it expire). They then listed it as a "TOS violation" or such. I wanted to strangle the guy as I was worried CCBill might somehow incorporate it as a factor in the "scrub-o-matic" and screw up my conversions with other ccbill programs linked with that account. This industry tends to make you paranoid sometimes. I consider it less likely now that I know more but part of me still wonders if the algorithm takes such things into account.
