They are making the girl with the dragon tattoo again? this time, english version
Why?
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1568346/ Just to make an english language version of it? What's the point? It's been proven time and time again remakes of foreign films turn out shit. The ring The grudge Mirrors Ton of others I'm missing out. And it wasn't as if the film wasn't dubbed very well. I watched it with subtitles and the dubbed version and the dubbing was pretty much spot on with timing and reading true to the characters. Typical! |

Saw the two first ones this week. Love them both, but then again, I understand Swedish perfectly. My gf who have read the books had a little problems following it all.

![]() Unless they improve the story and make it more interesting (don't see that is possible) I think it will be poo. Probably seen how much the films made and just want the extra cheddar. No need to make them again in my eyes. |

I haven't seen the movie yet, but it is in my Netflix queue. I want to read the books. I have heard a lot of good stuff about them and may start the trilogy once I finish the book I'm reading now.
Has anyone read them and are they good? |

I have read all 3 of the books and seen the 2 movies.
The movies are missing alot of the small details that are in the books. They also changed some of the "events" that take place. I thought the books were way better than the movies.
