I realized what you meant after I made my post and edited it out.When I wrote: "I can tell you that the higher priced players that hire a porn star girl will many times ask if they can do bareback if they show up with an STD/HIV test"
That means the GUY is showing up with an HIV test to show the girl who also shows him her HIV test. The same way it's done on a set.
