$5 submissions 11-02-2010 07:54 PM

I've lost 16 pounds in a month just doing MEDITATION, watching what I eat (no rice/no soda). That's just the beginning though. My target is 60 pounds more. Wish me luck.

Good job thus far and good luck on the rest. Stress can add on the pounds big time. I love soda too much to ever go without it. I switched to diet though I'm sure I'll have cancer because of it lol

P90X = 90 Days
Gym = 60 days

That's about it. I didn't follow the diet I did however use their diet as a benchmark (for daily carb, fat and calorie intake). I tracked all my intake on CalorieCount the entire time. Also, researched like a mofo and kind of became obsessive about it. I spent longer reading about what to eat then I did working out. But I worked out for 2-3 hours, 6 days a week.

I couldn't feel my body at all the second day and the I vomited once during the first week. After that no problems.

There was a low-carb diet where I lost 20ish before starting the workouts. I lost around 70 during the workouts and the rest has come off during this year.

But I need to gain ~10 lbs so I can start toning up. It's hard for me to pack on pounds nowadays.
