Congrats boss, keep it up. I have gone from 6'1" 380lbs 1 year ago down to 275 as of this morning. Still have about 50-55 lbs to go, but I/m feeling so much better and wearing all new clothes.:pimp

congrats! I am thinking about cutting out carbs to shed off a few pesky pounds that I can't seem to get rid of.
