don't use this business, he says I'm angry just because I wanted my account verified to send and receive funds. He states he won't verify my account because my DL that I uploaded had the DL#'s blocked out.. There is no reason to have these numbers.

He pretty much wouldn't return responses back through ICQ yet he posts his ICQ in the thread for people to contact him.

I don't know about this one, I'm glad I'm walking away... too much of a headache.

AlertPay works fine with Payonner card.

As for faxing utility bills that is a good way to get verified aside from the snail mail PIN number option. I can see these options being used but to obtain checking account numbers, ID numbers, and social security numbers is a recipe for disaster.

Banks always ask for a passporte. Unless you have other experience.
