What is the general % girls get on their own solo site?

Kind of curious what girls get (%) on their own solo girl site.

The reason is because we are currently building a pay site generator both for our webcam models and content providers.

Our idea was 10% billing, 50% affiliate and 40% model/content provider.

Depends how big of a company you are. I've heard of giving anywhere from 20-50%.

ok I started a web cam deal years ago with strippers, they wanted to be paid cash the moment they do the webcam. How do you hire for your own home studio? and who is good to run your cams through?

Is it better to hire just women that need a job off the street or go after strippers that quit on you after 1 day.?? lol cause this was the problem I had.

You're gonna make the ratios dynamic in the generator, right? You aren't hard-coding ratios, are you? That would be a bitch down the road...

40-45% and they cover expenses such as outfits, makeup, that kinda stuff, we cover the hosting, graphic designs and such.. we do provide some outfits, but its mainly up to the model

$100 = $20 to fees and wardrobe, makeup, etc. + $45 to the affiliate + $35 to the model unless you also want to get paid.

The girls in our studio get paid in cash after signing all kinds of papers. We have some model acquisition sites and also advertise locally. My GF is running the house and shoot the models.

I'm more busy with management of all and our tech team.

Most of the girls all have a Twitter and FB account to keep in touch with their fans and scout for new members. We just provide them the tools so they can do their own marketing.

Yeah that sounds fair, we do already shoot content from our current models and we will shoot/design and cross promote their own site.

I think the best thing is to work out what you can afford to pay after all expenses are covered. Then ask yourself if the girls will work for that.

It's all hit and miss, some girls will work hard and be a success, some will be lazy and will fail.
