          complete absolute garbage.

          even at the end he contradicts himself by suggesting saying things like " i really need to train to run the marathon and kick my ass if i don't."

          that vocalizing a goal, plain and simple.

              the prob with *motivational* speakers such as him is the focus on worrying about such things like "OMG do i vocalize my goal or not" instead of getting busy realizing said goal.
