Looking for someone with lots of resources who is looking for something new but short on ideas.

I have a lot of projects "on the shelf".

Some I can do but just don't have the time, some I don't have the resources to pull off for various reasons.

If you are looking for a new (big project) that will do well even in today's environment and you have the resources to pull it off then hit me up if you want to work out a deal. I can give you the blue prints, looking for someone who can make it happen.

I hate seeing great concepts just sit idle so every year or so I make a post like this, throwing it out there to see if anyone out there who can pull it off is interested. This would be especially good for bigger pic and vid membership sites or existing cam sites.

I know that feeling champ. That is why I am now putting resources and cash behind some of my projects, and then putting someone else in charge of running them.

Few are going to put in the same 100% I would. However, I am simply too busy with other things. Yet, I have a true passion for some of the secondary projects. So I am still very much vested in their success.

So can You give us a list of people who've taken you up on your offer in the past and are happy they did?

Every so often i have a convo with someone and it makes me think of a few things i know would do really well and it feels like such a waste to never have it created and become a reality.

if someone would have taken me up on this I wouldn't be posting it again every couple years obviously. but then again ive just thrown out a few posts on gfy so i really didn't expect much to come out it, just took a flier. I have some good ideas and concepts I tested but I can not execute them correctly myself. money is a part of this but even if I financed the whole thing there is other things I do not have that would be needed to pull it off. It would be so much easier for an existing, larger company with the infer structure in place to build this and run it and let me give them the blue prints and help.

it wouldn't be a couple thousand project, im thinking at least 100K or more.

Also would be needed is:

- location favorable to obscenity laws.
- couple reliable people to run it.
- a good source of new talent

I have none of the above and when tried to do it myself while i made good money i was barely scratching the surface of doing the concept right.

an existing larger / successful company that is involved with adult would likely have those issues covered. not to mention they would likely have the traffic / affiliate base to blow it up from day one.

this would be for both mainstream and adult, could be marketed both ways.
would have a high member retention.
tube sites wouldn't hurt sales at all, only help
if done right you could make money off of the site/project about 10 different ways.
