      Signed up to them and had my account approved around Sep 24th... Was in my mailbox Oct 18th-19th... Canada here... I actually got both Paxum and Payoneer cards the same day and I had signed up to Paxum on Sep 22nd.

                          Ordered Payoneer and Paxum on the same day. Got my Paxum card over a week ago. No sign of Payoneer card yet.
