You asked him to spam. he spammed for you (generated a shitload of complaints albeit) and you aren't paying him because he didn't fill out the information correctly? Most spammers won't fill out the info correctly if they have personal contact at the company. You said you were paying paypal, why does it matter. if you needed his real info, just ask. don't terminate him because of it.
