Haha, I have no problem with people emailing to promote my website. I have problems with people:

Hotlinking the banner
Linking directly to my website in the email
Sending to completely untargetted and NOT optin lists
Signing up to my affiliate program with false payment information

Doing ONE of those is grounds for termination from my program. Doing all 4 is just plain stupid.

Thanks, theres really no reason to defend it since there are maybe 1 affiliates sending traffic. But its fun to argue on this board.
