i've tried most CMS's and still haven't found any i really like.
wordpress is decent, but still a pain in the ass.

sticking with non-db hard-coding for a while longer.

i have some wp test sites still online, but they always seem to end up back on the back burner before i ever get them to where they should be. I just hate dealing with modding a db based site. for me, it's one of those things, i know it's the way i need to go, but i just despise it.

My girl was the same way, and she HATES Wordpress. She's done a few projects for her job with Drupal now and she swears by it.
