Maybe the rule should be more specific, considering advertising other forums could create less interest for GFY. However some people want to promote forums for spam, advertising & basic surfer needs rather than webmaster.

As this big tits forum, BFT3K is promoting, is promoting for surfers, really it shouldnt matter to GFY.... A rule is a rule though
