Weird ass story
Dennis Hanton had offered to "take care of" Eugene "Country" Tobin for a $5 hit of crack cocaine, police said.
So Hanton quickly became a suspect when Tobin was fatally stabbed Sept. 3 on Wethersfield Avenue. But police couldn't find him.
Police in Philadephia found Hanton, and he was extradited from Pennsylvania Monday, police said. Hanton, 42, whose last known address was in Bridgeport, was charged with murder; he was arraigned Tuesday and remains in custody on $1.5 million bail.
