Hilton and Marriot are both in great locations, shopping, marina, and a really nice park next to seafood restaraunt.

I stayed at the Pacific Terrace hotel on Pacific Beach. Very nice ocean front view. Nice restaurants up and down the boardwalk as well.
The clam chowder at The Green Flash was awesome. |

i was in tower 23 for 2 weeks.. i also currently live in SD now
id recommend tower 23 get the ocean front room.. its a very nice hotel.. i had great views.. boardwalk.. great great food.. bike rental shop 100 feet away, tons of shops, surf lessons next door, etc etc.. also they have valet parking, a bar/club... just stay there u'll love it.. TOWER 23!
