DeluxePass will be closing on November 1st 2010

Hello,

Today is a day we have tried to prevent for quite some time. As you know, DeluxePass launched in 2000. It quickly became a mainstay for affiliate webmasters and adult film fans alike. Over the years we have worked with some wonderful people, including you, and we are very thankful for all the work you have done over the years with us.

Unfortunately, times are changing and the business model that used to work so successfully for DeluxePass simply is not sustainable anymore. We have been operating at a loss for a while and the death of mgps/tgps has had a seriously negative impact on our revenue. The high costs of hosting and management combined with the rapidly diminishing income generated by the site have created a climate in which we can not continue to operate the site effectively.

It is with great sadness that we are announcing the closing of the DeluxePass affiliate program. We have decided to close the affiliate program and focus our attention on other projects that have a greater chance of succeeding.

DeluxePass will be closing on November 1st 2010. Please make sure you change any links.

We understand it can take time and be an inconvenience to change links so we are giving you as much advance notice as possible. If you have any questions please contact us sometime during the next two weeks and we will gladly assist you as best we can.

Thanks you for your work as an affiliate webmaster, while we are sad to see DeluxePass go, we are glad we were able to help so many webmasters make significant money for themselves with DeluxePass over the years. It has been a great ride and we wish you the best of luck as you move forward to even bigger and better projects in the future!

I haven't made any sales from them since I don't know when. At least they gave 11 days notice! The thing is they had a pretty good situation going on there, even now a pretty good deal for the surfer. Pretty much an autopilot type of thing.

30 days is the standard expectation if at all possible + full payment of all rebills on rev share (if applicable) and where they will still be processing regardless of the status of the affiliate program. All payments presently due to webmasters should also be made according to the normal timetable or close to it. Just because others are scumbags doesn't mean the expectations should be lowered.

If a program doesn't do this I believe affiliates should consider blacklisting the owners and all future programs from them and follow them around to warn others when they start new ventures (mainstream or adult). You don't want to make it easy and without consequences to pull a "take the money and run". You have to make em pay for it.

We're definitely sad to see it go, it was a good 10 years, we paid out close to 200M to affiliates in 10 years. I'm personally happy about that, I know a lot of guys made a lot of money with our work and we're still doing that over at videosz.com and ztod.com.

AdultsAllowed stopped paying webmasters long ago... EPOCH refused to answer our requests and keep processing them. Also webmasters didn't care and just gave up and didn't claim, losing around 100K there in total...

Then you have AdultBouncer, but they seem dead... Tried to contact them several times, no answer...
