WTF Smashbucks get in here!!
I have a 3 year old blog that is pushing about 500 unique / month to you. My account was good until early part of this year and I just tried logging in/resetting my password and your system said that email address is not in your database? WTF!!!
How could it be that my account sending blog traffic disappears like that? I didn't delete it!! Nor did I violate any TOS since its pure SE blog traffic!! WHAT GIVES? WERE YOU STEALING SALES!????????? |

Have you contacted them regarding the issue? It's possible that you used a different e-mail address when signing up than what you do now, I have a lot of affiliates that run into that issue.

I know you're anxious and upset but it could just be a misunderstanding. Give them a chance to respond and help. They seem fairly decent with affiliate support from what I see of them on the boards.

SB is an awesome company - I think a simple email or contacting them on ICQ is the best way to deal with it instead of implying their client services are ignoring you
