I sent documents 10 days ago (calendar), after first 5 days I sent them second email about verification, and today i got replay:

last thursday: "Your card is unlocked please allow 24h etc."

yesterday: Still locked

Twelve days... That would mean I could be receiving a reply today, too.

Congrats Bloggerz! I was able to get access also 5 days ago. I only had 6k though. Feels good though to be able to withdraw from the atm.

10 working days today ! no news, just called and asked what is going on she asked me to wait longer ...
i told her i know others sent the documents after i did and got their card activated so they are not being processed in the order they were received, so she said that is what she was told to say from that department and that at least that should put my mind at ease knowing that the system is working, its just a matter of waiting my turn...

Anyone got any replies today ?

I am still waiting for the answer. Do they offer wire or not..i have a little over 4k,..and i want a wire..because i need them in $ and in my bank account..I am not ok to withdraw them in my country currency.
