I don't understand the purpose of that site. What is it going to accomplish? Who is going to find that site and actually use any of that information to benefit the victims?

If you're looking to 'expose' him then you can try contacting mainstream news networks with your story with facts and information. If he's really connected to that new movie coming out with Luke Wilson it could become headline news.

We just opened site , and have some others info about Mallic , we do not want to place all info now,
first we wrote to Mallic and ask to pay us, second we will write to FBI, Federal trade commission ?and in any other place. I do not know if it bring prejudice to Mallic, but we?ll attract attention to Mallic as much as we can.
And we will be watch for him and place all new projects. And all infor, I think our sites and info harm Mallic.

"Chris Mallick" has become a synonym to fraud. So you could have registered either fraud.com or chrismallick.com and people in the adult industry would have known that you mean epassporte.

Your best bet is searching this very forum for 'mallick,' 'epass,' and 'epassporte.'

You'll get a lot more information than anyone could give you in this thread alone. This site probably has more content about the fraud than any other.

Under most country's laws a criminal fraud conviction requires proof of intent to defraud.

Proof such as an intent prior to the actions that caused damage (financial loss) to the victims.

Mallick will take the asshole defense ? "I made some unrecoverable, unplanned business screw ups, Your Honor." He will most likely get a walk ... sad but true ...
