gotta love you gun guys, just a pleasure to hang out with. this pic was taken over 10 years ago, was my 1st gun and i had it home about 15 seconds prior to taking that picture. in the time since then i had taken numerous classed and shot thousands and thousands of rounds.

if you look at the pic i took of my guy holding the ar, which you obviously noticed/quoted, i instructed him to keep his finger where it is and also to not point the weapon at me as i take the picture.

i'm the only one in this thread who's broken a gun rule, whoopie.

Revolvers are best for beginners, get the hang of it, get where your groupings at the range are small before moving on to bigger caliber and semi automatic weapons.

I taught my daughter how to shoot, I'm a good teacher and she got a ribbon for the pistol in the Navy in boot.

Revolvers are basic, which is always the best way to start

there's always a faster gun, you know that. :)

Half of my collection at one time. In 2005 I tore my L3 and couldn't train BJJ, so I started shooting. After about 30 grand or so in firearms, ammo, and training, I finally slowed down.

Agreed, your finger should be kept straight & then tap on the trigger when your kill is in sight. The gun constanstly pointing infront of your eyes, so where you look, you are aiming. When training inhouse hostage extraction I was taught to keep our mp5 on semi-auto, tapping the trigger only for shoot to kill, do not be trigger happy. :2 cents:

I trained every sunday afternoon for 6months using MP5s while training as a Close Protection bodyguard by our boss, CP fully trained & an ex SAS 22, police inspector for Dorset. Dressed up to the 9s with ear piece in the ear, loud explosions, clearing room by room to find our guy while speaking through mic to mic.

I don't own a gun now, but do still have some of the uniform & old equiptment.

Im into swords now. I can show some pictures of my sword, if anyones interested in them. It was expensive & is over 40 times folded, allowing it to bend at angles that should be impossible, able to cut through metal like its paper :thumbsup

i wouldn't be surprised, i'm aware you are an avid enthusiast and custom build guns and stuff and i would enjoy seeing your flame thrower collection and variety of .50 cal weapons and more.

i'm familiar with the drama surrounding who's gun vault that is/isn't.

It's a Gatling gun my step dad refurbished, model 1900, don't remember the caliber, something weird, but damn was it fun to shoot. It was for a client
I actually found a blue print so my step dad could rebuild some of the parts, he was a machinist

I learned all about the Gatling company when he refurbished it, like I said it was for a client, my step dad died 5 years ago, but he made some wicked shit. I build a cannon with a 1 3/4 inch bore from 4140 steel, with stand weighed 400 lbs , was a lot of fun to shoot

I wish I had a gun.
