If there is a gonorrhea or clamidia issue, they will tell you. If they are on the quarantine list, their records get pulled out of the system and that means they are on the quarantine list. They will tell you that too.


The girl gives AIM her information, then the records get pulled up and the phone gets handed over to the male. He identifies himself and the the AIM worker gives him the info on the girl then, the girl gets the info on the guy in regards to the test results. If there is something positive or wrong with either of the tests, the shoot will not happen.


If you are in the production end of things you know this or should know this. This is very common in "porn Valley." Happens everyday, all day long.

I check every test and if the seal is fucked with or i have slight doubt or questions, i check online.

When there is a situation like this, i only check online or get verbals until there is no quarantine.

Because at the end of the day, it is my ass on the line if i did not use due diligence to check all tests of all of the performers i use.

I totally agree with you, but there is a law governing patient medical record confidentiality. Furthermore, the government looks at HIV and a disability and that brings up a whole new set of fucked up rules and regulations. That law is not going to change so discussing "should of, would of, could of" etc. is a waste of time.

Because there are privacy laws about releasing people medical records. The penalties for such violations are lawsuits, fines, and people loosing their medical licensees and permits to do business.

When there is an HIV quarantine, paper tests are "useless". What is in the AIM online Data base is what will be up to date to the minute. That means if you call, that list will be the same up to date list.

I knew the day before the shoot about the HIV quarantine. Tue. is when the story went public. The girl had a brand new phone with a brand new number. She had no idea. I was the one that had to break it to her. It was obvious that she had no idea. It really sucked but had to be done.


Me and Porno Dan knew of 2 people that were on the quarntine list and used the AIM online data base and the list of people that our friends worked with to start compiling a list of who was on the quarantine list.


We cross referenced everyone who worked with our friends against the AIM data base. If they were pulled from the data base, they were on the list. Then we crossed those names with who we knew who worked with who.



Was easy to figure out who patient zero was. Just happened that the 1st people we stated cross referencing had contact with patient zero. And we new patient zero was a bi-performer.


AIM did there job and did it well. I knew everything with details the day before.



I contacted friend in this industry to give them a heads up the day before it went public.


Dukeskywalker, Baddog and a few others got an ICQ from me the day before all of this went public. They can confirm that i knew 1 day before it went public.




So when i tell you something, it is backed by facts, not bullshit speculations. If it is speculations, i will label it as that.

I know 3 people who have had False HIV pos's via AIM and I know 1 person that had a false pos outside of aim...
