Their affiliate customer service is now one of the worst in the industry, they don't seem to give a fuck anymore.

I think Ernesto outsourced the task to some completely incompetent useless tards. I stopped bothering trying to contact them in 2004.

I don't write them often but I have never had a problem getting a response using those email addresses, I even received a reply from accounting on a Sunday a few weeks ago.

i had never problem with hafty, till now ... want to change my payments to wire, but its over a week and he is online, but no replies so far. other contacts never worked for me ... dont know whats up, they are really fucking their affiliates right to the head now ...

btw its pissing me more cause i had to receive payment via wire already, but cause no reply i have to still cashing checks ... and i cannot change to checks, as there is option, but i cannot change tax thing, its fixed in my account, so its their systems mistake, but i have to pay for it ... oh crap ...

Robert is the one I contact over there too when I need something, actually he contacted me first with an offer in the past. He always responded to my questions when I had some, even if it took longer sometimes, he always helped me with what I needed.
