Paypal a Possible Replacement for ePass - Inbound VS Outbound

Ok, I know that Paypal Historically won't deal in adult transactions.

However, That stipulation is due to the Percentage Chance of a Buyer Dispute/Refund occurring.

On an Inbound Transaction ( someone paying for access to a PaySite )... the percentage chance of a dispute/refund is High just like with Credit Cards. And so... Paypal avoided/banned these types of transactions.

But Now, on an Outbound transaction ( an Affiliate Program Paying Out to it's affiliates ) the percentage chance of a dispute/refund is basically - 0-Zero. An affiliate program is not going to be disputing its own payouts.

So Paypal MAY be willing to examine that factor and make a favorable decision.
