    Offshore incorporation recommendations

    Hello,
    I've been looking on GFY and around the interweb for recommendations on companies that can help me incorporate in the EU as a non-US and non-EU national.
    I was thinking about Gibraltar or Cyprus.

    The reason I want to incorporate is so I can get a processing account. Most processing companies require corps be in EU or US. Of course, the less I have to pay in taxes the better.

    I would like a company that can make it as simple as possible to incorporate and get a bank account so I can get a processing account. I was looking at OCRA and FletcherKennedy.

    There are many threads in GFY about this but I wanted to know what the current climate is regarding this.

    I await your recommendations!

                          I am not actually doing for anonimity. My main concern is being able to join Zombaio or CCBill without many problems and being able to process CCs.

                              If you don't need anonimity, go UK.

                              Form a non-resident LTD company in the UK.
                              Form a holding in the BVI.

                                      do you offer incorp services or know someone that does?
                                      If i can have anonimity and the convenience of a EU corp that will let me have a bank acct im interested.

                                                  Have you used them before? I contacted them. There's a ton of companies out there that offer this service. That means there must be a ton of scamming companies out there too.
