interesting point but epass didn't go down cuz of government scrutiny. the case folder @ st kitts is still classified and will be until the money is sorted

they don't make decisions like that unless they are getting heat from politicians or threats of fines or being closed down by the government.. you think banks are honest because they like to be?

Dave, I don't think it says alot, yes alot of the fraud on adult programs and elsewhere in the underworld used epass, but alot of legit webmaster in Eastern Europe who are great affiliates really need a service like epass as checks aren't an option due to mail problems and banks not cashing checks and stuff.

i'm saying epass's own internal issues and ignorance to outside forces were the reason epass went down but there may be multiple factors INCLUDING government pressure for THE BANK to make its move. it all started with epass mismanagement
