So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

I dont know how someone would get a burn other than being careless quite honestly. There are several methods that would be considered "brewing" at home.
From mixing up a simple beer concentrate with water and adding yeast, to full hour long boils. Usually a full boil is done on a propane turkey fryer style rig. Sure you could get burned, but no more so than if you're just boiling water for an hour.
I do a method on the stove top in a 5 gallon pot. Steep some grains, add some extract, add hops at specific intervals, chill, add yeast, wait a few weeks. Thats about it.
The most common issues I've read of are failure to be 100% sanitary and getting an infected batch. Or over-priming glass bottles to the point where they fail and explode. It's pretty simple to avoid both of these things though.43-922-863 Shut up and play your guitar.Comment
