This is kind of OT, but I noticed someone mentioned Subway. Subway is actually garbage food. It's all garbage, from the bread with preservatives to the processed meat.
Actually, Chipolte is a much better fast food/cheat choice that's healthy. None of their ingredients are processed, you just have to stay away from the sour cream, cheese and white rice, (if you're avoiding simple carbs and unhealthy fats). |

I'm currently enjoying some "european style double smoked dry cured side bacon" from The Butcher Shoppe in Etobicoke. Cooked slow for about an hour on low.. gotdamn.
