Bread, vegetables, potatoes, fish, meat, pasta & rice.... Sorry mate, but I dont just eat 3 things regulary.


I do enjoy a takeaway at the weekend & love water, tea & coffee through out the day & lots of stella, vodka & redbull, cider & ciggarettes at the weekend.

I suppose everything in moderation :)

This is kind of OT, but I noticed someone mentioned Subway. Subway is actually garbage food. It's all garbage, from the bread with preservatives to the processed meat.

Actually, Chipolte is a much better fast food/cheat choice that's healthy. None of their ingredients are processed, you just have to stay away from the sour cream, cheese and white rice, (if you're avoiding simple carbs and unhealthy fats).

and subways cold cut trio, looks harmless, but actually its one of their most high calorie item.
